அதனால் தனி நபர்கள் என்றென்றைக்கும் நான் இல்லை என்றால் இந்த நிறுவனம் இல்லை என்று ஒருபோதும் அதீதமான நம்பிக்கையை உருவாக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்.

If you hold a key position in a company, many people may approach you, talk to you, or contact you by phone. A situation might arise where you are constantly busy. That's what the job has given you.

If you don't think of this positively but negatively, thinking, "It's because of me that so many people are contacting me; it's because of me that this company has grown and is growing," then remember that if you are ever removed from that company, your entire game will be over.

All the calls you received were for the company you worked for. If you leave, someone else will take your place, but the phone calls and contacts you received will stop. They will simply be diverted to someone else.

Therefore, as individuals, never develop an excessive belief that the company cannot function without you.

You must first understand your own position. Only then will you know whether you are standing on solid ground or flying high. Many highly talented individuals have been ruined by arrogance.

Every day, this world teaches you many lessons. Don't forget that.

You learn certain things according to your needs. You discard three-quarters of the things you encounter. Therefore, always have faith in yourself and your abilities.
